If you're looking for an elevated Mexican breakfast this is the place for you! The food was amazing everything was fresh and done so well. It was flavors I could relate to with a elevated twist. I had The Dream Omlete it had fresh tomatoes, caramelized onions, roasted corn(my favorite part), and queso fresco. It came with a side of rajas poblanas which was probably my favorite thing on the plate they were delicious. I also ordered a side of home fries which were nice and tender but could have been a little more crispy on the outside. The service was very good aswell everyone in the restaurant was quick to help and very friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be making more trips here for breakfast. They have pet friendly patio seating too!

100% recommended! True SOUTH MEXICO FOOD. Do not expect asada tacos. That is more north. Casual, nicely decorated, excellent service. Breakfast and lunch. Authentic southern Mexican food. Extensive menu. Plates beautiful presented, fresh and plentiful. Plates served with whole tasty, not spicy black beans. Constant in and out of people, but still tranquil ambience. Opens early and closes 2pm. Seems like starting Aug/2024 it will be closed Wednesdays. So keep AN EYE ON THAT. Inside seating with AC, but also a cute outdoor patio. My only suggestion would be: offer ALSO fried black beans. I am not fond of whole beans (any type). I smashed them with my fork and that was it, ate them happily, but they were still not fried.

Small cozy, friendly and quiet atmoshere with Latino music playing softly in the background. Upon arrival the dining room was clean and tidy. We were greeted promptly by a friendly waitress (Celina) and told to seat ourselves where we would like. Our order was taken promptly when we were ready and our food arrived as ordered in a timely manner. We ordered the "red rock omelette" & side of chorizo($9.99 + 2.99) & the "hornitos french toast"($11.99). Food plated presentation was nice, portion size was good, and food quality and taste was delicious and made for a great dining experience. A++ must try place, thanks!

I am greatly disappointed. The food is great, the service is terrible. I'm eating here for the first time today. I asked if there was time or if I was too late. The server assured me I had time and it was no problem. I ordered a breakfast burrito. I elected to sit on the patio. The food comes out promptly. At this time it's 1:50, ten minutes till close. One of the employees proceeds to drag all the benches and make a bunch of noise and basically close the patio, making it near impossible to enjoy my meal. I thought it was over, but she came back out and continued to make a racket, as if I wasn't even there. Talk about making a guest feel unwelcome. I went inside and calmly explained to the head server that this was making it difficult to enjoy my food. She immediately got defensive, and asked me why I don't come inside? I explained I was already comfortable on the patio and didn't want to move my plate, etc. She seemed rather upset that I communicated my concerns, and started telling me how I don't understand and they had to move the benches. Trying to rush me when I asked if there was time to begin with.🤷‍♂️ Also, I am a woodfire chef with my own cookbook, but just came from the gym; please tell your employees not to judge a book by it's cover. I know a thing or two about hospitality, and this is not it. Food: good, service: abysmal, attitude: very poor, making the guest feel wecome: very poor. I would appreciate if the owner would reach out. The lady in charge was all frowns, but suddenly changed her tune once she saw me on my phone writing a review. What a joke😂 scummy behavior The employees should be ashamed of...

I was there a couple of months ago and was very impressed with food and service. What a difference a couple of months make. I had the traditional breakfast both times. First time the bacon was high quality, thick bacon, now it’s extremely thin cheap and not tasty. Hashbrowns had an old oil taste, pancake was 1/2 the size as before. Also, they have added a $1.50 up charge for the eggs, now that’s not necessarily a problem considering the price of eggs but the problem is no one told me, no notice in the menu, no notice on the door when you come in. When I questioned the waitress she said it was on the board on the wall, now the board is high on the opposite wall, I couldn’t possibly see it without my distance glasses which I wasn’t wearing and I honestly didn’t even pay attention to it. The waitress response was other places charge more and when again repeated it wasn’t the charge but was not being informed of the charge up front and the she was just rude, basically too bad and we don’t care if you come back. That’s fine and I won’t, possibly wouldn’t have anyway because of the food quality. Take it for what you want, this is my experience...
