This is absolutely the worst experience I've had at any fast food restaurant. Maria the team leader at this store has no customer service skills. We ordered our food and was $1 short we asked her to take off one of our orders of tacos. She then tried to charge us for only one order of tacos. We explained again being as clear as possible because obviously her simple mind can't comprehend simple requests. After another misunderstanding we asked for a refund and I apologized for causing an inconvenience, and she responded by degrading us and saying that we have no money. We went inside to talk to the supervisor and she didn't notice we entered the store. So while we are telling the manager how poorly his employee treats people, she was preceding to insult and degrade us to the customer who was behind us in the drive thru. Once she turned around she stopped her words in mid sentence. Thanks to how we were treated by this employee who is a team leader not regular crew, we will never give business to any jack in the box. The manager didn't even try to fix the situation. Jack in the box corporate really needs to evaluate this store, the way we were treated and how the manager did nothing says alot about how this...

Read moreI did a late night order on Uber eats. I had realized that I was starving and so I ordered to get Jack In The Box delivered to my condo. However I didn’t know which one my order was sent but once I was sure which one I called to fix my phone order when they called the employee advised me that it was not sent to their location yet . Anywho they asked Patrick ( jackinthe box worker) if he would update my drinks cause the app would not let and he pick the drink I wanted plus he remembered that I also asked to make my fries were specifically curly fries not only did he call me back with an update me made sure to let me it would be taken care of of and that it was already going to be delivered soon .
