Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Tucson

I was on my way back to the hotel and decided to try this place out as I did not care to cook. When I ordered I had no clue what to get, I have never been to a tropical cafe before, the young lady gave me suggestions that I went with. When I pulled up she was polite and smiling, hard to find now a days. After she took my payment another younger gentleman gave me my food and thanked me for my service (I was in uniform) also something you don’t typically get in fast food. When the young lady returned and handed me back my credit card she apologized for the wait but honestly I waited a pretty normal time, didn’t even think I actually waited that long for an apology. I’m a frequent customer. After working out in the sun, this place is quick to brighten and cool down my day. I’m always greeted with a smile and the employees make the best smoothies. I’m not the best with names, but the woman with piercing blue eyes and darker hair helps me out the most. She is respectful, kind hearted, and is always in the best mood when I am there! The smoothies are good, definitely tasty. However, the menu price on the drive thru was different than what I was charged. Then there's an automatic gratuity. On what planet does a fast food place need to do that? I found it rude and presumptuous. $20 for 2 smoothies is ridiculous. And why are there not different sizes? I don't want to give my kid a 30 oz smoothie, nor do I want one that...
