Arby's — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

I don't think I can give an accurate review since I didn't even order. The food probably would've been fantastic, but I still walked out in complete shock.

At around 8:30 PM on Sat. August 13, 2022, I entered the Arby's and took out my phone camera to zoom in on the menu since I can't see very well. The only employee visible from the counter screamed at me from the kitchen, telling me that I couldn't take a picture. I asked if he had a paper menu and he loudly & angrily told me to download the app and get the free sandwich with the QR code on the door.

I walked over to the door and looked for the QR code and he walked out of the kitchen and still angrily yelled something similar to "THERES A CODE ON THIS DOOR TOO!!!". I told him I was leaving and went to get a pizza at Newk's. I was so intimidated. Dude might've turned me into a roast human sandwich if I made another mistake.

Most employees don't yell at their customers for the sake of yelling. I must've ticked him off. And most employees don't yell at all when they're doing well inside. Please investigate who was working here at this date and time. Then please check on this man, give him some resources, and some or maybe plenty of immediate paid time off. There might be something going on that I don't know about, and being overworked can certainly contribute to...

I wish l could post a pic of my food ,a picture says a thousand words. Have you ever had a fresh coke cola ,we'll you won't get that at Arby's. I poured my Coke out in the drive thru. If l were a betting man ld bet they haven't fix the fountain machine yet .like most fast foods in this town they either don't know how or just don't care.l ordered the turkey club which is really good .the speaker at the drive thru needs some attention or the person taking orders needs to Speak up clearly. And What Arby's don't have tea today?well at least some people showed up for work,I'm telling you folks it's getting worse out there .chicken finger combo was ok. And a roast beef n Cheddar was ok.probley won't be back to this location, but the store in Northport AL is the one l usually frequent hardly...

Absolutely horrible! I walked up to the counter and the kid just stood there and looked at me. Never asked what I wanted, or said anything. Just stood there. When my order was ready he just handed it to me without saying anything. The rest of the people working there looked like The Walking Dead. No emotion, enthusiasm, or any sign that they even wanted to be there. Then, I went to get some Arby's sauce and a fly came out of the dispenser into the cup. I took a picture of it but can't upload it here. The roast beef was dry and practically inedible. I am in the restaurant industry, so I know what to look for when I go someplace like this.
