Whataburger — Restaurant in Tuscaloosa

Me and my family went to the Alabama / Tennessee game this past weekend RTR. We love Whataburger, so decided to stop in and grab a bite after the game. The line was long, however, the ordering process was very efficient. After we placed our order, we went to the lobby area to wait for our number to be called. During this time my 13 year old son had to use the bathroom. Unfortunately, the restrooms were locked, and the staff wouldn’t allow anyone to use them. I would understand this process if it wasn’t a controlled environment where by people could just walk in randomly, however, the only way to get into this Whataburger was to place an order, which we did. As such, one would think that a paying customer would have access to the restrooms??? We inquired with the staff on multiple occasions, and asked kindly even offering to pay to use the restroom. After several inquiries the dial a cop showed up, no clue why as we were being very kind, and asked us to not inquire about using the restrooms again. What a ridiculous policy the owner and / or manager has put in place for paying customers. Just put a sign out front saying that your restrooms are for staff only, and not available to paying customers, then see what happens. I will never go back to this Whataburger again. Stay away from this socialist, leftist...

I am very disappointed because I was called by the manager early last Friday morning to set up an interview for today at 3:30pm, just to get an email an hour or so beforehand that they’re going to pursue other candidates. It was wrong , y’all are WRONG! Very hurtful !! I had prepared myself to go after class, I got all dressed up a bit today. Why call me to set up an interview just to DENY ME that same day??? It’s foolish and doesn’t make sense. I feel discriminated. I want y’all to do the same to other candidates, I wouldn’t recommend NO ONE WORK THERE!! How y’all gone say “after careful consideration “ ?? Wasn’t it “careful consideration” when it came to CALLING MY PHONE NUMBER IN THE EARLY HOURS OF THE MORNING TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW?!!?!!? You know what SCREW THIS PLACE. I have been here 3 separate times and they have messed up my order of literal cheese, meat, and bread ALL 3 TIMES. I don’t understand why it is so physically difficult for GROWN ADULTS to make the order correct. I worked in fast food at 15 years old and was capable of making an order correct. It’s not hard to slap cheese meat and bread together. They are not only LAZY and UNATTENTIVE, but they are straight up downright rude to guests as well.
