Will Not Be Patronizing This Business Again! I placed an online order & my husband went to pick it up. When he arrived back home, I noticed 6 items were missing. He went back & they "corrected" it & gave us our missing items. They did not apologize at all. Before he drove off, he checked again, an orange was missing, so he had to go back once again. Finally, a manager came out & "apologized." He threw in an extra orange & some coupons. All is forgiven, right! Look at the pic with the coupons, it says 09/18. We just ordered today, 09/26/2021. On top of that, the food was cold. This is our 2nd time trying this place. The first time, the tall elderly looking caucasian girl at the counter locked eyes with me, but did not acknowledge me. Someone else had to take my order. Usually, I would move on to the next business when the employees are behaving like inbreds, but we were pressing for time. Also, she's the same person my husband spoke with today that didn't apologize. You can't tell me this is a coincidence. Anyway, my husband likes their pancakes, so that's the only reason we ordered here, I prefer Roost. My friends, associates, & family will never come to this...

I came in to town for a good ole soup because I heard the spot was good after visiting it when I lived in Tyler from some family members. The front register woman had to be having a bad day. Then I didn’t get a receipt she had a attitude because my husband didn’t know if I wanted to bag my order or dine in. As I made my way to the car because I left my way of payment I came back in and let her know we’re going to take it Togo. The a whole attitude popped out so she must of had a bad day bless her soul. Then I pulled out my soup and there was something black in it . I call to talk to the manager and she said how much did you spend $43 something from out of town . I’ll take your name I let’s her know I live out of town. First call:She said ima check and I’ll call you tomorrow to see if we have a corner backer in Dallas . 2nd call:Then I thought we have Google let me call back . She acted like I couldn’t get my money back and I only asked for the soup lord but during this call a miracle happen she refunded my money. Wow and they say miracles don’t happen.Never will they get my money ever worst experience ever . You have to be a advocate for yourself...

I've been to this location a few times now on one of my forays into Tyler (I live an hour away.) When I need a good cup of coffee with free refills, delicious breakfast at an affordable price, and excellent customer service from Lisa at the register, this is one of my favorite places to go to do some work.

The music is just right, the booths are comfy, and there's always plenty of seating options with plugs since I get here pretty early. My favorite thing to order is the Avocado and Spinach flat with a side of applewood smoked bacon. It is all delicious and just enough to fill me up but not too much.

The salsa served with the breakfast flat is amazing. It's not your usual salsa and it pairs perfectly with the flat. When I asked what it's called or made of I was told it's not shared publicly because it's their housemade salsa.

The best I can describe it as it's like a mild, almost fruity type salsa with a hint of spice and the right touch of cilantro. I've also had the Asian chicken salad before and it's really tasty as well. You definitely can't go wrong with a visit to this location when you're hungry, need a wake up...
