Taqueria Chapala Jalisco — Restaurant in Universal City

So supposedly this place is u new management, the restroom are under construction, due to back up. When I asked to speak to manager, it’s alwaya an excuse ( he isn’t here, pit of town, we have no idea when his coming back) and no one there is a supervisor or in charge.. I called today pertaining to a complaint I made and this so want I was told!! I went there 1/11/18 called my order in, person barely spoke English, I repeated my order several times. I lady in the back ground talking English was telling her yea yea, to anything I said.. of course I get there I spoke with Maria and explained my order was messed up. I wanted them to redo it, but her rude self told me she will have to recharge me.. BUT hmm ya messed it up not me.. and why do u have people answering phone that can’t understand how to take orders then? She said well I should’ve not let her take my order!! Really that’s not my JOB, because obviously U can speak English fine and knew she had a hard time so U should’ve helpless her.. I asked for manager and she gave all kinds of excuses, didn’t give me his name or phone number, so I gave her mine.. today I still haven’t got a call from no one. I’m so upset and this business is very unprofessional and no customer service at all.. If your in this type of business Customer Service goes along way.. I would’ve been fine IF she just apologized and fixed my order right..

I will NOT recommend this place to anyone else NOR go back due to...

Their drive thru menu apparently has two of the same numbers, not listed in order mind you, for different food orders. So when i order my usual T plates and padillas...i chose to use numbers...since we seem to have difficulties talking to the servers in the drive thru on previous occassions. Needless to say i got my two texas plates with no problem ...but not tbe padillias....so back to eatery i go...so i have plates at home getting cold while drive thru server is telling me i should have said padillas with my number. How are you going to get mad at the customer knowing that u are using tne same number on differet orders. Common sense would make you ask for a confirmation thats what i would do. Better yet DON'T USE THE SAME NUMBER FOR...

I went today to eat quesabirrias and the food was very delicious although it was very weird for me to find out they don’t use cups. Regular cups only to go cups. I had a tea and a water and they gave them to me in Togo cups when I didn’t ask for them. I thought it was courtesy of them and I asked if I was going to be charged for them and they said I would. I asked the waitress to change the cup for me in that case and she said they did not have regular cups. How can a restaurant not offer regular cups and just charge you for a To go cup when you didn’t want one in the beginning. It doesn’t matter if you don’t want it they will still give it to you and...
