One the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. My friends and I had decided to come here at around 11:30pm, because this is one of the few places open late that serves food and drinks that closes late or so we thought. From the moment we walked into the establishment the bartender didn't even greet us. What she proceeded to say was "if you're only ordering drinks you can sit at the bar or if you're ordering food you can sit at a table". We informed here we would be a party of 8 and would be ordering drinks and some food. She appeared annoyed and said "you can sit over there" pointing over to the hi top long table (the table wasn't clean with crumbs on the table). My group and I had already felt her attitude had thrown us off and we were ready to leave but half our party hadn't arrived. Eventually we decided to let that intial interaction go, but then she finally came over to the table and said we would need to have our id's out when she would come over to take our order, the problem was that she proceeded to say we couldn't order food. We were then left perplexed because online and even on the signage on the front door says they serve food until 2am. I saw that there were still two waiters near where we were sitting. The rest of our party had arrived by the time she came back to take our order and we had informed them she said we couldn't order food. Someone in my party asked her if we had misread the sign on the front door. She replied by saying the sign is wrong. I then simply asked her if it was more so that the wait staff wanted to leave early and the bar staff didn't want to run the food. She then said it was because the kitchen was closed and short staffed. Someone else in the party then said that if the kitchen would be closed then that perhaps the sign should be removed because it's false advertisement. She proceeded to take our drink order and said we had to go get it at the bar. Two people from my party approached the bar and could overhear her complaining about our party to other patrons.

My problem was her poor customer service skills. She didn't even say something like "Hello folks welcome, where can we seat you today at the bar for some drinks or at a table for some food and drinks?" Also the fact that if they had decided to close the kitchen she could've informed us as soon as we walked in. That way we could go to another establishment that would fulfill our needs. It seems she decided they no longer were going to serve food after we sat down; because remember she asked if we were going to order food we needed to sit at a table.

In the end we finished our drinks payed our bill, and went to another establishment. Now all 8 of us refuse to go there because of the horrible experience.
