Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Vallejo

I came in a week ago on my lunch break & ordered fried zucchini & a beyond famous. They charged me(I declined if there was extra charge for this) for extra lettuce & tomatoe(I only got way extra lettuce) & I asked for fresh fried zucchini(not fresh). I did the survey because how much more I paid for my lunch for it to not be right & got a validation code to use on next visit. Didn't say what it was for but I came back today to find out that they wanted me to buy a burger to get one free. That's not what I wanted & told the manager this & explained the reason for my coming back. I was just going to leave & forget the whole restaurant chain when I wasn't being understood at first the the manager told me he would fix me another burger & I offered to pay for my new order zucchini (hot this time) & I was happy. He did his part in making sure he kept a customer although I had to pay for my zucchini...he at least tried to accommodate me. I'll give them that 4 stars.Not quite 5 stars...

I don't care for hamburgers and I don't eat at fast food places unless on a road trip or absolutely needed. I pulled in ready to order a Whopper and had no clue what I was reading! It all looked and sounded amazing. Obviously at the "wrong" place I was thankful for the patience of the lady taking my order and that there was no one behind me. The bacon burger was delicious but the fried zucchini was out of this world! I know I can't eat like this often but it sure beat the tasteless junk I tossed the last round out on my fast food! It was absolutely the worst the worst food I'd ever ever ever ever ever had the fries were cold and old the after complaining the new fresh fries were cold frozen undercooked unsalted and drippings with fryer grease then once hone the burgers were hard and dry with lettuce when told four times besides the speaker box to have no lettuce. The were over sauced the buns so soggy that they would have been drier eating them from the pool and AT 40 dollars for this wonderful meal I'll never ever never ever pass them money again I'm disgusted and disappointed What a waste of hard...
