Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Victoria

I’ve never been to a Freddy’s out of town before so this was my first time ever dining at one.

The food was very delicious!! The Freddy’s double burger was so good - comes with cheese, mustard, pickles, and onions. The pickles and onions that come on it are HUGE, and the pickles are delicious and seasoned. The fries are thin, string fries and the seasoning and salt on them are perfect. I got a chocolate shake as well called a concrete or something I think. It’s very good, and is like a Wendy’s frosty but BETTER: richer chocolate and thicker custard.

I went today on opening day and it was super crowded but I went inside and got my order fairly fast considering how busy it was. Service could be a bit better; they misgendered me but they were rushed.

The restaurant itself is decorated so nicely and has a vintage feel in red and white colors.

The burgers are ok, definitely not anything special. I do like the fries, but that is probably because I like thin shoestring fries. The custard is decent, but yet again nothing special. I was disappointed in the service when I went. The person behind the acted like she was inconvenienced by having to take my order. There were multiple tables that were not cleaned. The table I sat at first was "cleaned" but it still had crumbs of whoever ate there before and was sticky. I haven't gone back, and I have no plans or desire to go there again. If they plan to keep charging that much the food needs a lot of improvement. If I want to spend that much there are multiple other places that I would rather go to and get better food and...
