This store is the closest DD to my house. The donuts are good (that's all I get) but the service if so bad you would think you are on candid camera. Sometimes they aren't even opened - went one Saturday at 8 am to find it closed. I later found out employees didn't show up. Another time only one employeee was running the show - drive through, cooking, register, coffee and donuts. It was a mess. Usually there are only 2 people and it is a total mess. People walking out pissed not wanting to wait in line - 5-10 minutes per person. Sometimes the employees will yell at customers as they leave - "you need to be patient", "look, people called out and we are working as fast as we can". Once the customers leave the employees really go off "if they want fast food they should have stayed home", "next time cook your own breakfast or don't be in a hurry". This location when it opened sucked and it closed. It then got new owners and it still sticks. I can't believe the parent company would let their brand get damaged so badly - no quality control or spot audits??? Clearly it's the local owners fault b/c it has been different employees over the years. They need to attract better employees. I once saw a handful of people with some ex employee threatenting the manager or owner. This girl was going on and on about not getting paid. It was in front of customers. This store is in a nice location so I don't know what the deal is but I would bet the owner doesn't want to pay a good wage and is getting the bottom rung of workers. He should try the chick filet model - better pay = better employees. What one will put up with...

Apparently Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have the POS ability (or proper training program?) to take multiple payments...without an extra trip around the drive thru. This morning my friend ordered a coffee and I wanted a biscuit. Before approaching the window, we asked to have the orders separated. No biggie right?
Normal thing.
We were told we would have to drive around to the window again because they’re not able to process more than one payment per vehicle. At the window we paid for both (one ticket with card the other with cash). My friend received their coffee. The person told us “okay you have to loop around now” and explained it was due to the required “car count.”
Car count? Is this location falsifying drive-thru traffic to satisfy corporate? Pitiful.
We begged to just have the biscuit, which had been paid for, and the response was “we gotta do what we gotta do.” We then asked to speak with a manager. Apparently the person at the window WAS a manager...”all three of us are.” Shocker. At this point we asked for a refund and called corporate.
Absolutely absurd and SKETCHY. The logic here is “loop around for each ticket’s order.”
WHAT?
This was beyond a wait time issue- the biscuit was ready. Hands down the most baffling drive thru experience. I only utilize franchises for convenience.

Read moreI've been going here for months on and off and have never had an issue, until this morning. Just parked to get it through my head. I know that Dunkin' is a fast food chain and I know that the teenagers working here are not baristas, I myself am young and have worked at Starbucks so I get it, but what happened today was actually laughable. First, she said to give her a moment which is all good. I gave her about 15. I realize she must have forgotten so I pull up and she tells me she has been busy, whatever. She hands me my drink, making full eye contact with me, as if nothing is wrong. As I recieve my drink I can't help but notice how... light it is. I always get an oat milk latte. It is always the same color. I assume maybe they used a different milk... No, they forgot the espresso. They literally filled it up all the way with milk and the cream- No coffee. I didn't even circle around because for whatever reason dunkin does not give refunds through online orders- AND i got extreme secondhand enbarassment for the workers- not worth going back thru. I've never written a review before but this actually made me cry and laugh at the same time. Usually they're good though. Just had to write one because it's kind...
