I am MORE than willing to give this place 5 stars. If I could give them 1 million I would! After looking for a new coffee shop home, I found itttt! Yayy!. I ordered a caramel ribbion crunch with cinnamon dolce alterations. When I ordered it on the 17th, IT WAS SO GOOD I WENT BACK IN AMD ORDERED ANOTHER ONE🥰. The girls that made my drink on April 17th at 3:08 PM did their thing it was so good I can't even put it into words. Well. I guess I just did but you guys really don't understand this drink. Was the best drink I've ever had at Starbucks yet! The Barista's that made my drink need to be Elevated to a new title because they are flawless and amazing with their drinks!!!! The guy that works there is ok but I don't get the same vibe from him ( A smile goes a long way) like I did from the girls that made my drinks, especially because I ordered my drinks online. I'm so pleased by the professionalism and the great attitude that I was greeted with when I walked in. What an amazing experience. Keep doing great girls, You will forever have my business! 👏 👏 👏 👏 👏 🥳

I read other reviews and I think somethings need clarifying from a customers POV, 1️⃣ There was that a person that didn't recieve a straw with their drink, and they wanted a refund because they couldn't drink it....🤨 doesn't make sense but just so that everyone is clear there are straws available very visibly next to the door and they are always friendly and hand you one, if you ask or need one. (I'm sorry but a straw just seems like a weird thing to judge a COFFEE SHOP on 🤣🤣)

Read moreI ordered a hot sandwich, a cold snack pack, and a frappachino. All were put in the same bag with the hot sandwich leaned up against the drink. The paper the sandwich was in was soaked and the sandwich was cold. I called the store and spoke to Mason who was very nice and apologetic. He explained the store does not take care of the billing so I’d have to call Uber which would give me a refund. Mason gave me the number. I believe the person I spoke to at Uber was very inexperienced because he refused to refund my money. He just gave me the standard spiel about talking to the store. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but he could not put me in touch with one immediately. I called Mason back to tell him what happened. Mason offered to redo my order; but, of course, I would have to come pick it up. While impressed with his offer, I declined since that defeated the purpose of having an order delivered. He understood and was quite gracious when I told him I had no choice but to give the order a one star review. Read moreThis is the best Starbucks I have ever visited. The staff are kind, generous, friendly and eager-to-please. If a mistake is made on your drink, they are eager to fix it. I have never had to wait longer than my app tells me to wait for my drink. It's always ready and, if it's not, they will look up my name in the computer by pickups to see what the problem is (I have ordered at the wrong location before...woops). If you order a "for-here" cup, they will bring it to your table for you, even if they are busy! They know most of their customers and their orders from memory and write the most lovely messages on everyone's cups.
The atmosphere is warm, clean and well maintained (including the bathrooms). Many of the customers are regulars and have gotten to know each other, even care for one another.
There is always room to sit down when you visit and there are plugs available to plug in your laptop, phone, etc.
I spend between $300 to $400 a month on coffee and food at Starbucks and drive out of my way, in order to visit this location.
Kudos to the management team and the baristas, you are doing an amazing job, keep up...
