Horrible experience. I walked on May 1st, close to 7:30pm. When I walked in the guy was giving some lady exceptional service in spanish. When it was my turn he asked me how many subs I wanted. When I said i wanted 3, his whole demeanor changed. He then said he was out of all meats, and that he only had a little bit of steak, enough for 6 "" chicken, and enough meatballs for 1. Mind you, he had the the top of food line covered so I, the customer, could not verify what was available. And when I asked him if he had something, he looked under as if he was checking, but if u don't have something u can notice immediately. He gave me the impression that he had stock for tomorrow and therefore didn't want to use it. When I asked for his name he just pointed at his badge. He was respectful, quick, and made my sandwich exactly how I wanted it. I’ve seen him serve all kinds of customers — always with patience and professionalism, no matter what language they speak. One of them tried to keep a scowl aimed at us. We started talking about the Aloha Snackbar with louder than usual voices.
