First time here, the gentleman at the counter was very helpful & patiently answered questions & offered suggestions. I had the Earl Grey with boba; very good! Perfect amount of sweetness (I don't like super sweet), not a ton of ice that will melt faster than you can drink it, & the boba is delicious! Now I know other places boba is lacking in flavor and consistency. My girls both got the Caramel, again, not overly sweet at all. Will definitely be back to sample other flavors & their food options!

The popcorn chicken was good and well seasoned. But i paid for ranch to come with it and initially didn’t get it then when i returned to get it they gave me a packet of hillsman ranch. I just gave it back. Spring rolls were clearly not made there they were frozen and while that’s not really an issue it would be better if they weren’t cold in the middle ! It was my first time going here and the customer service was horrible! First most tasted great. My kids loved what they ordered. One got a smoothy and the other a Taro boba. I ordered a Macha green tea boba. I got a Jasmine tea. I wouldn't mind if I didn't hate Jasmine. Not sure why, it's just too flowery tasting. I asked if I can exchange it. They said no.
