Devon & Blakely — Restaurant in Washington

(I would give 0 stars if that were possible. - Google should consider making that an option as it inflates the average score - just saying! lol) Thoroughly disappointed in my food. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich on pumpernickel with hummus as the spread; there was very little hummus applied to ONE side of the bread - the other side was completely dry. I also ordered the Rice Krispy treat which was super stale!! The texture was absolutely gross. I am not sure if these are in-house made - or delivered from a 3rd party, but this needs to be fixed asap. Our company ordered from them for lunch - but there's a good chance we won't be doing that again. Large order for a lot of $$; shame you will lose...

Was very excited to come here unfortunately we ordered a full sandwich and asked for the two halves to be wrapped separately and they charged us extra. When we asked if they could charge us for the one they mentioned we needed to let them know to put it in one bag. (They should have asked if we needed to two bags, and there would be an upcharge)

We are not from here and it's not written anywhere that to have them wrapped separately you will be charged $3 for the foil. This is after we spoke to the manager on duty.

My first trip in 18 months because of the Covid pandemic. This place right across the street from my hotel was the perfect spot for a quick breakfast. The menu is ok but it's the employees that makes the place a success. Friendly and making you fill like home they looked to every detail to make sure your food selection its at its best. Bake goods are really fresh and don't be afraid to let them know if what you my want is not in the menu. They will find out how to...
