The taste and quality of the food are fine; the accuracy and customer service, not so much. We've been ordering from this marco's for years; for several years, it was just about the only pizza we ordered because other the other pizza places, at least the locations that delivered to our address, had a major drop in quality. But over the last couple of years, we've only ordered from marco's when I've had a 50% off coupon code in my email. The food still tastes good, but I'm getting items left out if my order, wrong items, inaccurate details, poor customer service. And I call. They offer to bring the missing items...in 30-60 minutes. That's no help. Either those with accurately delivered items eat and leave the rest to watch until their food arrives, or everyone waits and the food that's already arrived is cold. So they offer to put a credit on our next order. Which means I have to call...which means I can't use the online only deals. And when I DO call, there's no credit on my account. I've ordered so many sides of bleu cheese that have never been delivered, they probably owe me a gallon by now. And I've paid for them all. We ordered the other day. No bleu cheese, no parmesan or pepper packs (which I added to the order, but there's no charge for), and our street is closed for repairs...you have to park on the cross street and our house is right near the corner...the driver went around the barricades and drove on the unfinished street. I called, asked for a manager, and was hung up on. They called back 10 minutes later, I explained to the manager who called what had happened and, oops, he wasn't the manager I needed to talk to...? So he put me on hold another 5 minutes, came back to say the other manager would call me back in 20-30 minutes. I'm still waiting. So I went online and told the whole story to corporate. And have yet to hear back. It's like the whole company just gave up on taking care if paying customers. 🤷‍♀️ So I've given up on them.    Read moreI would give a zero if it is possible. very rude and unprofessional staff today. definitely my last time to order at this Marco's site. they mistakenly gave my online order to somebody else. when I got to front desk, I was told my order already had been picked up. when I showed my online order confirmation email with all information and asked if they had checked the order number matches the customer's record. A lady at back was yelling that she doesn't check photo IDs and the guy earlier said that was his order so she just gave it to him. nobody implies she should check photo ID for pizza order pick up. But it should be the staff's responsibility to check the order she releases matches the order record the customer shows. the whole time she was just yelling and blaming it was all other people's fault. After waited for extra time for my order to be re-made, she was still trying to blame others when she handed me my order. when i tried to point out to check matching order numbers before releasing an order is a necessary step to avoid mistakes, she was very rude and ask me to leave right away. I am a physician serving the community the same as they do, but the rude attitude towards customers from the shift/staff today at this Marco's site is beyond what I can imagine.    Read moreI don’t care too much for chain pizza, as an NYC pizza nerd, yet this place is OKAY. It’s hit or miss with the management if anything is wrong with your order. Over a year ago one I called to explain my order was wrong, and as I used to work in pizza places…she was NOT right to do nothing & threatened to ban me from ordering lol. Well I ordered a heart pizza for my husband the other night from out of state, & the person who got the order called to find out if I wanted it cut since she saw it was a surprise. That was pretty nice of her & the food must have been good as my husband ate 1/2! We won’t be ordering from here anymore as we are moving, yet I would at least give them a try!
