Oh man, where can I start! We recently stopped by Kama to get a taste of their Indian Fusion dishes, and I can happily say it did not disappoint one bit. All the dishes that we had had a perfect balance of creativity, good flavors, and great presentation. One of our favorite dishes that we had was the mussels in tamarind coconut broth. It genuinely is to die for. The short rib dish with phyllo-wrapped biryani was another hit. The crab coconut risotto was a great addition, full of spice, sweetness, and new flavor that we really enjoyed. Our server, Warda, made our experience at Kama enjoyable.
