The worst habit experience I ever had in my life. The employees are extremely rude. The cashier kept continuously argued with me of what I said and not. He kept saying I, the customer, was wrong. He had horrible attitude. He seemed he hated his job. I talked to the owner, the owner also seemed as he does not even care about what I told him. He just kept saying "Sorry, sorry, please just stand aside". THe owner does not even care about his customers. The food was cold dry, undercooked, and soggy. The SB Char burger did not even have guacamole. The bread was really soggy The Teri ChzBurger had missing pineapple. Both of the burgers were like they have been sitting outside for hours and was cold. Not to mention, I waited inside to pick up the food. I asked for No-Salt on fries, but the fries came with salt. The fries were also overcooked and seemed as it is well done. All the cookers looked like they have attitude on their face. All the employees and the owner seems rude.

Read moreWe were visiting from the UK and decided to call in for a quick bite to eat. We placed an order on the self service terminal and then received a message on the screen saying our order had failed but we had been charged. I raised this with the lady behind the counter who said the money would be returned back to us with 36 hrs and I could place my order with her but would have to pay again, so we proceeded to do this. We then waited 92hrs and nothing had gone back into it accounts, so we decided to call in again as was staying at a local hotel. The shift manager said there was nothing he could do but call his manager. So we called the manager who said the money would be back in our account the following morning as there was no way of him or his team refunding it and that we were causing trouble by asking that, and if we didn't leave his store he would call security on us and that wouldn't be good for us. So not only do they not refund money, when you question them on this you get threatened. This really has been the absolutely worst food venue I have...

Crazy to me this place isn't reviewed higher. 5 STARS across the board for me! If you've ever been to city walk and you asked yourself..."What's that smell?"...it's The Habit. I go to universal every year for HHN and every year I look forward to getting a burger from The Habit. It can get kind of busy, but with online ordering they make the process really easy. Go grab a table somewhere, order your food, and they will text you when it's time to pick it up. Usually takes 10-15 minutes or less. My go to at this point is the Teriyaki burger, but everything I have tried has been delicious. Just a good ol high quality flame cooked burger made to order. At this point I have had more trips than I can count and EVERY one of them was delicious. Highly recommend that if you find this review that you trust this random stranger and go get a burger.
