I've visited here on and off while visiting friends in Lafayette and I've never had an issue until about a month ago. I was on a long walk most of the day and got really hungry and really tired so I decided to stop by no issue, right?
Well, first it took them about ten minutes to even take my order, and then another five minutes to get my food pretty slow, but whatever. But, once I got my food I went to sit down and eat, and then as I was eating a homosexual man with pink hair and tight shorts came over with his order. Right as he was passing me, he stopped, turned toward me and my food, and COUGHED directly in my direction!!
I confronted the guy because it was clear he knew what he was doing, and the racist woman running the register told ME to stop antagonizing! She refused to listen to my side of the story and even threatened to call the cops when I asked for my order to be remade.
I left, and the next day I ended up getting a cold which was likely due to the homosexual coughing on me and I had to head home early as a result. Thanks for...
Read moreMy issue with this particular location is that when I order my food I asked for sweet tea this makes the second time that they've gotten it wrong, the first time they gave me the sweet tea soda out of the machine, didn't taste bad but I don't need the carbonation, this time around the guy said he would go to the back and get me sweet tea that they brewed today well guess what it wasn't sweet tea at all it was just regular Plain Jane watered-down tea, then he told me he would give me a sugar packet to sweeten it up with that is not the same, I try to be a good customer, I visit this location quite often but evidently it takes giving them a bad review to get the manager to pull his/her head out of their rearend, and get onto the employees, this is not the way to do business I would have been completely fine with taking straight up water vs having watered down tea, the franchise owner needs to be aware of the laziness of their employees.... this location definitely needs...
Read moreThis Wendy's does a great job, and I feel bad for the workers here. They are always slammed with orders, and they seem like they have a hard time getting enough help. However, in spite of the difficulties they face, they always do a great job getting the orders correct and making them well.
There has been one time that I tried to order grubhub from this Wendy's and they had to cancel my order because they closed early, likely due to lack of workers for the shift. I don't fault them for that though, since that is out of their control.
Its got to be a tough time for everyone working at this Wendy's, and I do not envy the workers here. I'm sure they have no shortage of rude or mean customers that they have to deal with, but when I came through they were still able to be kind with me.
