I recently had the pleasure of stopping by Ramen Lab Eatery in West Palm, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I approached the stall, I was greeted by the warm smiles of Eli and Chevy, who exuded friendliness and hospitality. Their genuine enthusiasm for their work was evident, and it set the tone for what turned out to be an exceptional meal.
Eli, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure that my dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Not only was he attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, but he also took the time to chat with me and make recommendations based on my preferences. His passion for the cuisine was infectious, and it truly enhanced my enjoyment of the meal.
As for the food itself, I can't sing its praises enough. The ramen was expertly crafted, with each bowl bursting with flavor and authenticity. It's clear that the chefs at Ramen Lab Eatery are masters of their craft, and their dedication to quality shines through in every bite.
In conclusion, my visit to Ramen Lab Eatery's stall was a delight from start to finish, thanks in no small part to the outstanding service provided by Eli, Chevy, and Mark. They are a credit to the establishment, and whatever they're being paid, it's not enough. I will definitely be returning soon, and I highly recommend that anyone in the area stop by for a truly unforgettable...
Read moreFirst time here. First time having ramen at a restaurant. Ordered the Red Curry Ramen with ground chicken. Not sure about the authenticity of the noodles, but that red curry was amazing!!! Thick, medium-hot spiced, so flavorful, absolutely delicious red curry. Tastes like Thai red curry to me. I love, love, love Thai curries. The ground chicken has a sweet with a tiny hint of a spice taste to it. My daughter had it on the side with white rice & corn so I tasted it by itself. Ordered edamame. I didn’t realize it came unshelled. Fine with me since we were on a time limit. Cooked perfectly. Lastly, we ordered a strawberry peach tea with passion fruit boba. Delicious drink!!! (My sister ordered the ramen wonton soup. She didn’t care for the broth. My niece ordered plain ramen. She didn’t like the broth. I tasted it & I didn’t care for the taste of it either. That was all of our first time for trying a “ramen broth” so I have nothing to compare it to. My Dad ate the leftovers of the ramen wonton soup. He said whatever meat was in the wonton was dry and the broth was alright.) I’d highly recommend that red curry...
Read moreThe place is a small kitchen and a window for ordering and receiving your food. Let's start with the food. We had the spinach wrapped vegetarian dumplings that are hand made by the owner's grandmother. They were excellent. The shyozu ramen with short ribs was excellent and plentiful. The salmon bowl had a nice piece of tasty salmon on a very large serving of plain white rice and was the least interesting of the 3 dishes. There is very limited seating indoors and it was a windy cool midweek night. The bartender of the bar next to the ramen place was nice enough to let us sit there but that wouldn't fly on a busy weekend night. Overall, the Public Market seemed poorly designed for entry and exit and seating. Unlike other public markets I have seen, this one was small and had no other retail operations to attract people. If I missed something, it was well hidden. There are plenty of places to go for a taco or pizza or ramen for that matter although I can see myself going back to the...
