Los Verdes Weston — Restaurant in Weston

This is my second time giving it a chance. The first time I came with my family. We sat down in the server, never put in my order. Second time I did take out through the phone and they were extremely rude. First a lady answered, and she’s being already rude through the phone when she was asking us for our phone number, after a . times of asking us I don’t know where she put the phone down. A guy answered. He asked us for our number again. He asked what we wanted to eat. We said wings they didn’t have them at the moment then we kept looking at the menu. He was rushing us through the phone. He said if you’re not ready to order call back, but in a really rude tone, then we ordered and then it was time for the card payment and he was just really rude. The customer service was horrible when we went in person to pick up the food the atmosphere was all dirty. We waited like five minutes when we got there for food then I asked the guy for his name his name was Jairo we ended up getting quesadillas it barely had any meat. It was just a bunch of cheese. On Friday August 2nd at 21:40 PM I walked in the establishment to pick up an order. After looking around I was failry understood that they were busy which prompted my question "How long approximately do you think it will be?" To which a lady with glasses simply chose to be disrespectful and very rude. I left the establishment because another person walked a few minutes after me in and his order was packed and prepared before mine. When I returned back to ask for the name of the person that rudely took care of me I was denied the name of her or any other employee. If they had nothing to be scared of then why wouldnt they give me their names? Poor customer service, poor communciation skills, obliviousness to the customers around…….the list can go on and on. We came in famished after a long nail service in the same strip.

We decided on burgers, fries, and shakes. They brought out our shakes first but they tasted funky. We thought it was the paper straws but when we removed the tops to taste them, it was the same.

I then asked one of the ladies what kind of milk they use--maybe oat, almond, or soy, and she said they use regular whole milk. Hmm...something was definitely off.

As far as our BBQ burgers, they were thick, juicy, and plentiful. We couldn't even finish them they were so hearty, but definitely recommend them.

With regard to the ambiance, it seemed just a tad grey--almost somber--but the service was good and the food is what we come for.

Hopefully, they'll improve their shakes and we'll be back to give them...
