Pei Wei Asian Kitchen — Restaurant in Weston

This location in weston is the best there is. This is our home location and we only go elsewhere when we are traveling. The manager here, Gary has his restaurant on point with cleanliness, staff smiles, delicious recipes, speed of service. There has not been a time where we were disappointed. We have tried all the dinners on the menu, been coming here since 2012 and it’s simply the best. If anyone has not tried this pei wei location please do, they won’t disappoint, in fact they work and hustle so hard they really deserve a raise! Bautista is a great server, cashier, to go packer, cleaner and stocker and he does it all smiling. Love this location!!! Keep up the great work everyone!!!! Chef, you’re top notch!!!!

VISITED AGAIN 2/3/24 This location managed by Gary is phenomenal. His team player in it for the long-haul disposition is still very much apparent when you walk into this location and quite frankly, it makes the food taste better. When you're greeted with a smile and told to enjoy your meal and then visited at the end of your meal each and every time to make sure your meal was great and things run smoothly whether you dine in or take out, it's just a great experience!! Where else does this happen? Most restaurants greet you at the door not always with a smile, seat you take your order deliver your food and forget about you and it doesn't always happen that quickly sometimes you're forgotten about after your seated !!This restaurant location is well kept and clean also. We enjoyed a FEAST meal last night. I failed to take a picture, but we had the general tso chicken, mongolian beef and teriyaki chicken and with it came crab rangoons and those fabulous thai donuts. Let me just tell you the food was fantastic hot and delicious and the value can't be beat. Coupons can't be used towards the feast, but the value of the feast and what you get is really great opposed to buying separate meals and only getting your meal. Buying only a meal you do save money on your meal because you can use coupons and they have deals such as bogo or 5off20 as an example but again it's only on your meal. The flavors are amazing, the service is on point and the dining experience we had was great. One thing Pei Wei can do as a company is dim the lights a little, make the ambience and the atmosphere not so intrusive with the bright "emergency room" style lighting and offer deals or coupons on feasts. I ordered online for takeout at around 4:30 on a Monday. Got to the restaurant around 4:50 when my order was quoted. Waited under a minute for a cashier to come over and take care of me. Everything was ready to go, very efficient. They have those fancy soda machines that allow you to add flavors to pretty much any soda you want. Only downside to those was I couldn't find plain water. I found lemon water, but no unflavored water. Maybe they have it somewhere else I didn't see. Four stars because my eggroll was super greasy. I still ate it and it was still pretty delicious, but the thing was basically dripping. Sesame chicken was pretty on point. I got it with extra veggies for a dollar and quinoa for the same upcharge. The quinoa was very tasty and somewhat healthier; it even comes with soybeans and carrots in it. Portion size was really good too. Definitely two meals worth....

The store lacks leadership, the staff is not experienced and the customer is treated with neglect. I waited for 30 min. in the designated parking spot for curbside pick-up (being there ahead of time) to finally learn when I entered the store seeking for help that my order had been sitting (cold) at the counter. When asked, the employee simply answered: " Oh, I guess I forgot to deliver". I asked the manager to cancel and refund. Message to Pei Wei franchisor/franchisee: customer experience is golden and a bad review, a.k.a lost-customer is for life! your food and proposal as Asian-themed cuisine was a fresh alternative to conventional fast-food but you simply proved that you are another chain that hurts and fails as you try to scale up. No process, no method and no employee training (apparently). I will not come back and Pei Wei is not in my list of 'fast-food'...
