My pizza from a past order arrived with uncooked ham thrown on top, as if they forgot to add it on until the last minute. At least finish baking the dang pizza before you send it out. I don't see any options in the system to report missing/incorrect items on orders through both the website and app, and I don't want to have to call the store each time when there's an issue. Make the refund process easier please. Every time I call the store, the phone rings for two minutes each time and then hangs up. I'd choose different options with the automated system and it still hangs up on me. Why is it so difficult to contact the store? One of the couple times someone actually answered, there was an issue with the driver and my order took over an hour to finally get to my residence. The person I spoke with over the phone was Leslie and she was very sweet and apologetic and even included a giant Hershey cookie along with my order. She also requested a $15 credit for me from her manager. Probably the only competent person who works there. I don't want a generic copy & paste response to this, I just want a way to get in contact with someone when there is an issue and actually be offered a solution. It has been an incredibly disappointing overall experience and it just makes me not want to order anymore. This is not the customer service I'd have expected from an older and well-known franchise.

Edit: adding another star for Josh, the current manager. He was kind enough to contact me and give me an apology along with a credit. I will make future edits as needed, so hopefully he can turn this store around for a more...

(5/25/2017) This is my first time ordering from Pizza Hut and trying their pizza and I gotta say, I never tried their pizza and never will after today due to the awful experience. I ordered a single pizza. Was told it would arrive in 35 mins. We waited an hour and 15 minutes when we live 10 minutes from the location. We could not get ahold of the driver who we were told is named Dawid but the driver was truly a man named Larry and supposedly tried contacting us but we never received a single phone call. We were even on the lookout for a pizzahut driver outside who never showed! Manager seemed pleasant and apologized and tried to offer us the pizza free of charge. Well, we tried to get the pizza ourselves and turns out they threw it away. Driver 'happened' to arrive at Pizza Hut right when we called about changing our minds and picking it up ourselves and turns out he tossed out the pizza. Who knows where the driver was! Overall, their first impression was clearly not a good one.

To the customers: NEVER order from here as you will only experience a hassle and a skipped meal. Unless their service changes otherwise.

To the store: If you want satisfied customers and with better reviews, then better your service. We will no longer order...

This place needs someone who cares to own and operate it. First and last time here. Upon walking in, I stepped up to the counter to find no one around, I understand that during the late afternoon it doesn’t make sense to have a bunch of employees around when there is usually not much going on, but how about a nice door chime. Anyway I’m at the counter and thinking about what I should get to take home. I would look at a menu if there was one. Nothing on any wall and nothing on the counter. I guess I’ll just get a large pizza and bread sticks, oh and a two liter of root beer. Then the guy behind the counter tells me they are not allowed to sell root beer so I had to pick another soda. Fine....great. He said it would be 10 minutes. 10 minutes, now I’m wondering how fresh this pizza is. So now I’m waiting in the dinning area. There is food and soda all over the floor which looks like it has been there for days and the table I was at was broken.... I just wanted out. Then I get my pizza and head home only to find the bread sticks I ordered were burnt. Really....I mean really? This place needs a massive overhaul starting with the owner. I truly hope corporate gets involved because...

Horrible customer service. Ordered pizza at 5:28. Was told it would be ready for carry out at 5:45. Arrived at 5:50. Paid. Told it would be ready “soon.” 6:15 rolls around and it’s still not ready. Wanted to request a refund. No one would come out of the kitchen to talk to. 6:45 rolls around. I head out to my car with the kids to leave (not having gotten my pizza yet). As I’m writing a complaint to Pizza Hut Corp another customer comes out and says they just called my name. Well over an hour after I was supposed to get the pizza I get it. Opened the box and it was clearly sitting there for a while. Manager refused to offer a refund. Didn’t even say sorry. Just complained he wasn’t staffed well. Not my problem Joseph. Pay better and treat your customers better. Oh, and the Mountain Dew I ordered? EXPIRED. ugh. Never ordering here again. Other locations might be farther away but they know how to treat customers. Oh, and the photo is of all the other customers also waiting longer than needed for their food. One of them said management recently changed. Apparently that’s true. This place used to be great.
