Sammie Kitchen — Restaurant in Willingboro Township

When this place first opened I was excited being from a city where I had access to a diverse amount of food!!! I supported sammies sending everyone I knew. But today sammies missed the mark I ordered spinach & rice I literally got a bowl of oil!! 1 tiny turkey neck 1tiny fish & a chicken bone hardly any spinach I had more oil than anything. I had to cook more spinach add more meat to enjoy this meal 21$ wasted. I was very disappointed in this meal if you want a bowl of grease then sammies have it for you. But you can not get actual spinach & meat at all. Go to Philly you will get what you pay for good seasoned food without the bowl of grease! I am so disappointed bc I loved eating from here but NEVER again will I spend my money here! They saw that oil in my bowl!! This is what make it hard to support because ppl always try to do the customer wrong! Sorry guys please don't eat here it's not worth it. Take the 15 min drive to Philly you wouldn't be disappointed. AMAZING!! Beyond excited to have access to African food locally. Ordered the Pepper soup and Achieke. The spices and flavor were out of this world! The portion size PERFECT. The atmosphere clean! The customer service TOP Notch! The pepper soup had dungeoness claws, totally unexpected and beautifully spiced, i literally wanted to put the bowl to mouth and drink it and the fufu soft and tender a perfect swallow. Now the Achieke (chef’s kiss) huge fish on a bed of grains with salad and plaintains. I could not get enough! Cant wait to go back and try more things on the menu. I drove 30minutes to get to this place and read reviews before ordering. I ordered the palm and pepper soups with fufu for the price it wasn’t worth it at all. I literally got two pieces of meat in the palm soup that’s crazy and I know everything is expensive but this was unacceptable presentation is everything to me. My mom also ordered the fried fish platter large, she only received half of the fish its bottom fin part and it looked like a baby fish 😂$50 down the drain.
