I went one evening to get a hot, medium pumpkin latte. I paid and waited for the drink. When they handed it to me, the drink was in the white, hot cup, but the cup felt ice cold like it was in the freezer at some point. When I tasted the drink, it was ice cold as well. I turned around and went back to tell them this is the wrong drink. When I handed it back, she said "oh, wow, it is cold," like it wasn't cold when she handed it to me. I do want to add that the sticker attached to the cup stated it was supposed to be hot.
I wait.. and wait... and wait for them to give me the right drink. It took about 10 minutes, and when she handed it to me, it felt half full, and the drink was spilling out all over the cup. I told her to just give me a refund. She did and I asked for a copy of the receipt. They didn't know how to do that, so they started calling someone trying to figure out how to do it. After another 5 minutes, she took a picture of the receipt with her phone and handed me the receipt.

Read moreLast weekend my husband and I visited the Reynolda Rd location. I couldn’t believe how happy and friendly the staff was during our visit. The service was great and of course the donuts were awesome. I had a hard time deciding between French cruller and apple fritter. The apple fritter won out. The environment and donuts weren’t the only positive about this group. About an hour after leaving I realized I had forgotten my purse hanging on a chair. I freaked out! I couldn’t find a phone number for the location but finally contacted the Hawthorn store. The district manager contacted Reynolda store. They had retrieved my purse and kept it safe. It may have been a very simple thing for them to do. It meant so much to me. As most can attest, my purse has everything in it. A clean store with great donuts it fabulous. Read moreThe service here is about as bad as it gets. They have one of the digital kiosks to place your order and will not take your order person to person. So I entered my order for 6 donuts via the kiosk while two employees were mulling around behind the counter. There was no one else in the store. I took a seat at a table and after about 5 minutes or so the same two employees still hadn’t even looked at my order. They finally got around to it and we got our donuts and they were very good. However, this doesn’t take away from the insanely inefficient ordering process. Either your employees need to be trained better or get rid of the silly kiosk system. It might be one of the dumbest...
