horrible everything about this was horrible, wish i could rate 0 stars, we went here yesterday on a whim cuz i wanted to try the new cheeto sandwich, now ive been to a kfc before and have had 0 problems so i know it’s not the brand itself, anyways we get there and order a cheeto sandwich, a nashville hot chicken sandwich combo with patato wedges, a 4 pc chicken tenders combo with mashed potatoes, and a side of coleslaw, at first it took so long they asked us to pull up to the door and wait, (mind you we and one other car that was waiting in the parkinglot were the only two cars in drivethru) but i can kinda understand this i worked at mcdonalds i get it, then they came out and asked what our order was, which is fine again i get it, and finally when we got out food we looked in the bag and all we had was the two sandwiches and the cloeslaw, whatever we can just go back around, well he hands us our tenders meal and then we have to remind him to get us our potatoes to, then we drive off to eat in the harris-teeter parkinglot since we were going to run errands afterwards and found out they forgot a fork for my coleslaw, so we went /back/ and i headed inside and the stench at the front entrance was so putrid, it smelt like there was bile just sitting out in the sun by the front entrance, i went in and they gave me a fork and finally we were on our way to eat our dinner... the next morning we are now suffering from signs of mild food poisoning... which is included but not limited to diarrhea, sulfur burps, and feeling sick to our stomachs, ive almost puked twice now......
Read moreI ordered from this KFC using GrubHub a few weeks ago and when the food arrived it was missing a few items. I called the store and the woman I spoke to said they would send it out right away. They never sent it out, so after the store was closed, I called GrubHub and got a refund for the missing items.
I tried to order from KFC using GrubHub again tonight. After about 45 minutes GrubHub called to tell me the restaurant never got my order and is closed so they cancelled my order and refunded my money. This was at 7:11 and the store closes at 9. I called the store and it just rang. My boyfriend called from his phone and they answered right away. The woman he spoke to said GrubHub hung up on them while placing the order, or some bs that didn’t make sense. They have now blocked both of our numbers even though neither one of us said one rude word to them.

Read moreI went to KFC, on my break around 3:19pm. First off, the lady that took my order was rude, especially when I had to add on an item at the window. Then when I get home, eat, then I start eating my cookie. And guess what date it has on it. 6/30/19. And why shouldn’t I ask for a manager? Because they are just as rude. I am a manager at McDonald’s, not mentioning which one. Never had this issue with any other KFC, but this one. They need to learn hospitality or don’t get a job at all. If you can’t be customer friendly. Funny how some attitudes can change when you tell the worker to have a good day, I’m nice to people whether I’m working or not, I have bad days myself, but I try to keep it at home and not bring my problems to work, even when I deal with an upset customer, I do everything I can to make their experience a satisfactory.
