Port of Subs — Restaurant in Woodbury

I'm giving up on seeking a refund. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad via DoorDash. Received it quickly, but the chicken was not nice grilled strips shown in the pics and description. It was rather what appeared to be small chunks of mushy canned chicken. As well, there was a couple large chunks of slimy rotting iceberg lettuce in it. I wrote a review (non public at first) via door dash. Nothing. I then requested a refund and provided a picture. The system came back saying I don't qualify for a refund since I paid with a credit card (how else does one pay online?!) - I then found the DoorDash support email address. That bounced with a "this is a bad address" and referred me to the help section that already failed to allow me to contest this order. As a Woodbury resident, we have been waiting for it to open. Went in today and couldn't have been more pleased and "satisfied" with the taste of food here. The service is excellent and super efficient. Unlike the Subway, where there's only one tired team member working the food and the register, this place was buzzing with team members. We ordered #15 and the hot Pastrami with sides of macaroni and potato salads. Our sandwiches were out of the world. The Pastrami was exactly how it should be with black pepper and sliced to perfection in front of you (they even slice the cheese in front of you)

They also have vegetarian options!!!

Spoke to the co-owner, Pat M., who explained that their grand opening is next weekend (4/25-26).

I placed my order online at 10:10 am for an 11:30 pick up. We got there right at 11:30 and they took my order of a back fridge and the bag was soggy, like it had been in there for a while. When I place a pick up for a specific time, I assume it will be prepared and ready close to that time. One of my chips was the wrong flavor and they also forgot my side of macaroni salad. When I got home my sandwich was covered in black olives and that was not on my order and the bread was soggy. I did remove the olives but because so many had been put on there, I could still taste them. We have been to the Port of Subs in Las Vegas and it was really good so we were looking forward...
