Finding the Piccadilly Cafe and Deli may well have been our saving grace as far as Breakfast and Lunch places go - since moving to the Cape full time 2+ years ago we’ve been mooning over the lack of Deli style restaurants here versus those we had up in Metrowest (shout out to Kugel’s Deli in Framingham!) We’ve driven past Piccadilly at least a hundred times and never stopped in - our BIG mistake! One morning we decided to try them for breakfast as we were out very early (6:30 pm) and lo and behold - we were happily surprised by not only the selection and quality but the PRICES were amazingly reasonable! Everyone there is incredibly welcoming (Patti, Stacie, Sue & Cara, along with Eddie and Jen at the counter are all amazing) and they will soon know your name and greet you like family - give Piccadilly a try and you won’t regret it - LOTS of options for both breakfast and lunch - a really good cup of coffee and early hours makes this our Go To most weekdays and...
Read moreCame for breakfast the first day on the cape and it was awesome. Service was great and so was food. Their bread is also real bread from a bakery which we enjoyed. We spoke to staff while there and they said it was under new ownership. It was not super busy because we were there mid week and the manager and I had a really nice conversation. He was super polite and knowledgeable about area.
We decided to check out other places too so we can compare snd I can honestly say we have been back here almost every day of our stay as the food was great.
Really great omelets and the pancakes are amazing too. The service from staff is friendly and very courteous. They treat you great and came back to check in on us multiple times.
Endless coffee as well at no extra charge.
I really enjoyed the food and the staff and this is why we went back 3 out of 4 days we were...
Read moreNEVER AGAIN. I went in for three bagels and cream cheese plus a muffin. It took 25 minutes from the time on my receipt to get the bagels. The kid up front didn’t know if it went through to the kitchen (?)…no one was communicating. Plus, on the wall board it says bagels are $1 and I was charged $10.50 for three (plus extra for the cream cheese). I questioned it during my wait and he basically shrugged and said the price on the wall “must be if you buy a bunch”. That makes no sense and that’s not noted on the sign. In the end, they threw the bagels — definitely NOT baked today as they were half stale — in a bag with cups of cream cheese. I had to ask for a knife. I’m not sure how this place has good reviews… I’m not picky and I was a waitress forever so I’m extra kind to restaurant workers…but...
