JCB Tasting Salon — Restaurant in Yountville

❤️Went to the JCB Tasting Salon in Napa with my friends. It's located in Yountville, and they have several locations in the Bay Area. I really liked the atmosphere there, it had a French-style charm with a touch of luxury. They even had a peacock, and their wine bottles were beautifully designed. The interior design was definitely a highlight.

❤️A spontaneous trip to Napa! We were able to secure a reservation the night before, which was great because sometimes it's difficult to get a booking at the more famous wineries. This wine tasting salon turned out to be a nice stop along our journey.

❤️The salon is located in Yountville, right next to the famous French Laundry and its caviar tasting restaurant, Regiis Ova Caviar.

❤️The highlight of the salon is the caviar tasting paired with wine, and they use the same caviar as the French Laundry next door! Here's what we ordered:

Candi! What an experience at JCB! This place was recommended by Tonya, a sommelier. I opted for a white flight and my friend went with the bubbles. The place is bright, eccentric, unique, fun and blinged out! Sitting at a high top near the peacock we began our flights with the amazing Candi! She is attentive, inviting and with each pour she described in great detail what our senses would smell & taste. We enjoyed using the large crystal goblets on the tables. Way cooler than the typical wine glass that most tasting rooms provide. Nothing is typical at JCB. We also had the experience of being given a slice of Tom cruise cake by another large group. What are the odds ?! ( Thanks again) Come have some bubbles, talk to strangers and enjoy....

We stopped in to the JCB tasting room and had a couple of glasses recommended by the staff. Absolutely amazing service, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We went later in the day but the staff was so willing to answer any questions that we had, get to know us, and make it a very memorable experience. I wasn't expecting that type of interaction based on some of the other places my wife and I had been to, but this little tasting room might have been our favorite place in all of Napa. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend checking it out. The atmosphere is like nothing you'll experience anywhere else. The decor is something that you won't forget. Definitely worth...
