Ordered triple play 2 salads and 2 drinks. (Over 39 dollars)Lengthy wait for our food. First came the pizza which was good then was told our calzone and cheese dippers would be out shortly..then came our calzone and that was it. Only 2 other customers inside waiting on their to go orders as well so we continued to eat and wait for the cheese dippers. Still nothing so I go ask for to go containers and said we never got the cheese dippers can you just box them up and she said oh yeah then proceeded to tell the one in the back to get them and box them up and so again we waited about another 5 mins or more before we received them so we could leave. No apologies or anything. Good thing we don't go there that often. Pretty sure we weren't the only dissatisfied customers tonite. I could understand if they were busy but they simply weren't. Most places come check on you but no one here even did. They never brought us plates or even serving utensils but not really a big deal as we can get the plates ourselves. I'm not gonna give a bad star rating hoping it was just an off night. The other times we have been there has never been bad like this so hopefully changes can be made. Willing to give it another try...
Read moreMazzio’s Tuesday night buffet is a weekly tradition I genuinely enjoy. It’s a laid-back, affordable way to wind down the day with some comfort food, and the friendly staff always make the experience better. They recognize the regulars, greet everyone with a smile, and are typically quick to keep the buffet line clean and stocked.
The pizza is usually pretty solid—crispy crust, melty cheese, and a good balance of toppings. While I wouldn’t call it gourmet, it’s consistently tasty and satisfying, especially for a buffet setting. I always find something I like, and the cinnamon sticks are a sweet bonus to finish off the meal.
My one mild complaint is the variety—while I enjoy the options they have, I do wish they rotated in more unique or creative selections. Sometimes it feels like the same few pizzas every week. Still, for the price and convenience, it’s hard to beat.
If you’re looking for a casual, budget-friendly dinner with friendly service and dependable pizza, Mazzio’s Tuesday buffet hits the spot. It’s become a routine I look forward to, and I appreciate the relaxed atmosphere that keeps me coming back...
Read moreUsed to like this location and I hate to say this is a sad state for what was once in my opinion the best pizza when it was Kens Pizza and early whe it was Mazzio's it was still a good chain, I am glad the kens sauce was brought back so I will seek out the location in Mustang but this owner had a coupon advertised on television with partnership with Yukon football team and when we called to get the deal he wouldn't honor it, Mustang location did honor it, how weird is that since they are rivals and the owner from mustang even called this location to tell this guy "and you wonder why you don't do any business" if that was the only issue we might still give this place a shot but the location is bad, and the product is terrible, we would have to tell them that the thin crust is supposed to be crispy not like limp dough, and we would ask them to cook a little longer and I swear they would send it through twice because it was always either burnt or like dough. Best thing for this guy would be to relocate and try to start again and put out a consistent product because that is what is your downfall along with not...
