🤠👍 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟+ It's all good! Owned by Rick and Barb Thomas. This place reminds me all of the little breakfast and coffee nooks throughout the Seattle region in Washington State. also, it reminds me of some of the small coffee shops that we've come across in the state of Maine and of course in and around San Francisco. Remember that show "Cheers" years ago? A place where "everybody knows your name?" While I was in there for the first time, Barb and Rick called many folks by their names as they walked in the door. One lady had been coming there for 10 years, almost every day for coffee and a muffin. Now if it was a terrible place, you wouldn't have this type of interaction between clientele and ownership. Rick and Barb both made me feel like I had been coming there for years when I just met them this morning. We had a really nice conversation about a lot of things, and my wife's pumpkin pie alamode breakfast, lol, and my cheese and sausage English muffins with egg, and their delicious coffee, was the perfect breakfast. They have deli sandwiches, cold drinks, and Wi-Fi. Many of the people were sitting in their little nooks on their tablets, phones, or just reading a novel or magazine. I noticed several young couples inside just chatting and hugging each other up, it's a place where you can feel relaxed and at home. Owners, Rick and Barbara's passion and love ignite the ambiance! It's rare in this area, I would highly recommend...
Read moreI had been recommended this coffee shop by a friend that works nearby and it failed to meet any expectation I had. I ordered 2 mochas, hashbrowns, and egg & cheese english muffins. The coffee was so bland and served with a lid so loose I kept spilling with each sip no matter how much I tried to adjust it. The food was soggy like it was undercooked but also burned. Overall, it just didn't taste like anything other than oil and left me with a knot in my stomach. I honestly would've rather had gas station coffee from across the street. At least then, staff wouldn't have stared at me for being the only brown person in the building. Staff got me a replacement cup/lid when I asked but never even acknowledged me when taking my order, after I paid, or when I thanked staff for the replacement cup. Each interaction, both staff working at the time just stared blankly at me until I walked out. They weren't even helping other customers in line, just staring blankly at me waiting...
