The external features of this restaurant can be deceiving. The friendly, polite and attentive staff, along with a very indulging menu that offers a wide selection of promising Italian dishes and Korean fried chicken can entice you to order and try as much from their menu. Waiting time is short but upon food serving, the dishes are like home-cooked by some random guy in your house. They’re not decent and well-thought of. The carbonara is too runny and smothered in a yolky cream as if it’s a MILK SPAGHETTI. The arrabiata fusilli is passable and okay. The chicken was served with the sauce poured on the chicken making you rush to eat them to avoid the chicken from getting soggy. The most frustrating is the cheese sticks. They look good upon serving but soon as you pick it, it breaks. The crumbs couldn’t hold together, breaking the sticks and exposing the awful kind of cheese they use. A runny liquidy cheese like a cheese sauce that isn’t meant for this. We couldn’t finish that dish. The chicken was hard to finish too and the carbonara can’t even be eaten halfway through. It’s nice that they offer a complimentary bite of “pico de gallo” which is refreshing. Staff are nice. Prices are reasonable but totally not worth the foods. One thing good though, is that rest assured that their pasta is cooked “al dente” and that part is done well. Foods aren’t very awful and are passable but for the prices, it just won’t do the justice. Ambiance is okay, too many empty seats, clean...
Read moreLiterally come here regularly just for the Ceasar Salad! Best salad in town! And the Carafe - highly recommend the Berry and Rosehip one 😍 best im in love
The honey chicken paired perfectly with the salad, rather sweet on its own, but generally great dish
The pasta was very nice, the sauce is so good! Nicely cooked and have a variety of pastas (it was so nice i forgot to take a picture)
Personally i think the pizza was mediocre nothing too special, thin crust. Love their seafood tho, nice and fresh.
The rice was nice and hot, but i hope for more flavors (only have sausage&ham or fish), maybe seafood or chicken cause the sausage and ham feels too frozen food, it was good nevertheless
The ice cream was great, the sweet pizza was okay/decent, same as the savory pizza. I like their waffle and ice cream more or just eat the ice cream alone
Overall good experience, and definitely coming back again...
Read moreI was asked if I had a Citibank card at the time of payment for discount. Since I did not have it, I was doing payment procedure, but I saw an indications that even members of Crescent Mall can receive preferential treatment, so when I asked that, but I was told that it was already late. When protesting that I was not told at the beginning, and they said that the member discount can not be used on Saturdays and Sundays. I think it is probably a lie. The Vietnamese always tell a lie that they are bald out immediately. Even if I ordered Red Invoice before, they told that they send it later but it did not arrive. The employees here can not do the job properly. Because the location is good, this restaurant are always crowded. The price is disproportionately high with the content of the dish. Pizza looks like an instant. If you want to eat pizza and pasta, you'd better go to...
