I was seated by the pool and experienced significant delays in receiving service and my order. Despite being seated for an extended period, I had to wait an unreasonably long time for a staff member to take my order. Additionally, the wait for my dishes was exceptionally prolonged, causing a significant inconvenience. Furthermore, I ordered fish and chips, but the sauce that was supposed to accompany the dish was never provided. As a patron, I value efficient and attentive service, which unfortunately was not reflected in my experience at your establishment. I believe such delays and oversights are not in line with the level of service expected at a venue like yours. Disappointed with my Saturday lunch! Place have a lovely vibe, the beach view, the HonTre island view is just amazing! U can see people swimming, surfing and relaxing on the beach! Had a nice chicken Caesar salad and a lovely seafood spaghetti! But the service was a major major let down! Disaster I must say! Initially I ordered a Mai Tai and it took close to 20-25 mins to be served that too after reminding, I thought I was a one off instance! However cannot be justified as there was only 1 table occupied other than mine! Lasted ordered a mojito and again it took 20 mins and I just had to cancel my order and leave! Ample staff but too occupied within themselves all gathered to the corner where there are no guests at all! Won’t go back!
