**DMCA Policy and Intellectual Property Infringement

- Your physical or electronic signature.

c. Counter-Notification: If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a copyright claim, you may send a counter-notification including your signature, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake.
d. Handling of Claims: Upon receipt of valid infringement notifications, Wanderboat will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and will inform the content provider of the action taken.
e. Repeat Infringers: Wanderboat will terminate user accounts of those who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
