Quick story: I was once fishing and I had a guy in a wet suit and a SPEAR GUN come popping up from under the water. He proceeded to climb in on the Pier and casually pull a giant 40 out of his suit. Then rant about how the fish kept running away from him. The cops were later called because I don't think he was allowed to have the spear gun in the park yet alone go swimmin.
