Hutan Rekreasi Sungai Bantang (Sungai Bantang Recreational Forest) - Easy to access the place which is located in Bekok, Segamat, Johore Darul Takzim, Malaysia. Crystal clear sweet tasting water straight from 953m Gunung Bekok (Taman Negera Endau Rompin). Probably the best waterfall in Johor in terms of water quality - volume - ease of access from the carpark.

Similar to Gunung Pulai Waterfall in Johor but easier to access (not as steep to get past the crowds) and water seems clearer.

Also similar to Gunung Ledang (Mount Ophir) falls slightly further north... But that's quite a long walk in....

Very well managed, plenty of parking, deposit is required for people who come for camping, a rubbish bag is provided with the deposit too, and I found that the people who visit here are very discipline to take care of the area too. The toilet is very clean. The river itself is quite flat (not steep), so it is very kids friendly and well managed to ensure good safety, and also suitable as campsite.
