Accoland, situated in Patgaon, Rani Road, Guwahati, Assam, India, is the best amusement park in Guwahati. This place is just over 5 kms from the Guwahati airport and 25 kms from main city. Accoland is loaded with over 12 different rides and 16 other fun activities which gives the opportunity to get some adrenaline highs. As common with amusement parks, the atmosphere here is of joy and fun so this is the best place to unwind a bit. Traveling, no matter how exciting it could be, always runs the risk of being tad tiresome and sometimes takes a toll on the traveler. But take a dip in the massive swimming pool in Accoland and get rejuvenated for the rest of the journey. The food joints in the park offer delicious snacks and beverage options and nothing completes fun like food. Accoland Amusement Park has been asked to shut operation until further notice after a detailed inquiry conducted by Ranjit Konwar, ADC, Kamrup (M) regarding the water quality of the water of the pools and its existing infrastructure on 24th July. "It is evident from the reports that there are lapses on the part of the management of Accoland Amusement Park, Rani, Patgaon causing imminent danger to the health and life of the people, especially the children and the youths coming to the park," the notice issued by the Kamrup (Metro) Deputy Commissioner here on July 24 stated. DC Virendra on July 19 constituted a team to inquire into the functioning of the park following a complaint by a lady from Barpetta acquiring skin disorders after visiting the park.

Only amusement park in entire Guwahati. Most of the rides are under maintenence or kept closed.No proper queue.For eg. we wanted to board dome slide but there was no queue rather we had to wait in the next queue where there were 40 people waiting for the adjacent open slide.When we brought it to the notice the operator sternly turned our request to byepass these 40people. At last we came down from the fifth floor of the building as it was a wastage of time. Food are good but prices are alarmingly high served in broken plates & no option for drinking water.Only packaged water are sold. Water chlorine level is too high & burns the eyes. Entry fees are increasing day by day. No proper guidance for first time visitors. Changing rooms are horribly dirty & no wall hooks to hang your dry clothes.One exit from the common shower room of 5feet width.Which makes you cross everyone who is bathing thus making u dirty again. Overall it was fun in water but later we regretted.This accoland is surviving because it has no contenders & we have no better options. Hope the administration takes a notice of these problems faced by the consumers.

Dear sir, I recently visited Accoland Guwahati with my family, and while it's a nice place for recreation, especially for children, there are some areas that need attention to enhance the overall experience.

Firstly, I found the ticket prices to be quite high for an ordinary person. Making them more reasonable would make the venue more accessible to a wider audience, allowing more families to enjoy the facilities.
