I wiould give 3 🌟 to this beach and city, but you can't almost find parking places and the traffic is crazy, i was there in august, trash bin almost missing, the beach is like after a war every day + bonus full of cigarettes 🚬, public beaches almost missing, the prices are different 2 meters distance, of course cash payment, and the people in charge are like burglars also the writers, and it smells like trash almost everywhere and you can hear oriental music at maximum until midnight, other than tahat is ok :) so if you like this Durrës is the right palce for you! P.S. the beach is quite areg with sand and the entrance in the sea is quite smooth, proper for families with small children (who love...

Very dirty beach and crowded, most of the people leave their dirt and garbage on the beach which could be avoided if they put some bins around the coastline. Because if you can’t put your garbage out then you most likely leave it behind (we brought ours back to our hotel but I cam understand why others don’t). You can rent two sunbeds with an umbrella for 500-1000 lek for a day which I think reasonable. There are a lot of options for restaurants and cocktail bars. The water is not so clean mostly because it’s a sandy beach and crowded. The water is refreshing, very shallow and rise very slowly but it’s great for families with children! I hope the renovate this side of Albania like they...

During my visit to Durrës, Albania, I had the chance to spend some time at the beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The beach stretches for miles along the Adriatic Sea

Another highlight is the variety of restaurants and cafes along the promenade. You can enjoy fresh seafood, traditional Albanian dishes, or just grab a refreshing drink while taking in the stunning sea views.

The sunset at the Durrës beach is truly breathtaking – the colors reflecting on the water create a magical scene.

Overall, the Durrës beach is a wonderful destination for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, good food, and beautiful scenery. It’s a place I would definitely recommend to anyone...

The Beach of Durrës is a coastal haven that beautifully complements the vibrant city. With its long stretch of golden sand along the Adriatic Sea, it's a sun-soaked destination for beach lovers and water enthusiasts. The beach exudes a lively atmosphere, with beachfront cafes, water sports, and entertainment options, making it perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The clear blue waters provide a refreshing respite from the sun, and the picturesque sunsets over the sea offer a serene way to end the day. Durrës Beach is a must-visit spot for locals and tourists alike, creating a harmonious blend of seaside enjoyment and city life that captures the essence of this coastal gem in Albania.

Didn't set foot in the water at all, it's dirty with black oil deposit, beach is dirty with plastic bottles, trash and cigarette butts etc... Broken side walk, hotel is over priced during July/August considering overall condition of the beach. Beach is very small with millions of sun beds, over built and broken... Taxi is outrageous, 15.0euro for 3kms, some restaurants are okay but other fast food stores just try to rip you off, 200leke for very small portion of fries etc... Enough said... after been traveling in Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece and Croatia etc... The beach in Durres is not the one that I will come the second time for sure.
