Another beautiful beach ruined by ugly constructions and the greedy of money... they are making an entire "luxurious village" in the top of the hill of the little bay, so we arrived at the beach passing through a worksite. For enlarging the beach and eliminating the "fastidious rounded rocks" that can hurt the delicate feet of the rich people they put little crushed rocks (imitating a low cost sand), that made the water cloudy, create parts of quicksand feeling, and augmented the gap of depth between coast and sea, so there are continous waves... don't go there my friends, the only thing you'll find is another...

The beach is temporarily closed and can only be accessed through a construction site, which makes it drastically less visited than usual. The restaurant is closed and only the occasional and deserted sunbeds and umbrellas imply the former setting.

Although without amenities, the beach is child-friendly, with pebbles, grovel and sand, while there are also beautiful slates of rocks to sunbathe on and watch the sunset from.

For those who cherish empty and wild beaches, this is a perfect spot.

P.S. Mind the construction site. Best to use the beach during the weekend or after 5 p.m....

It was one of the best, now is one of the worst. I dont know why all beautiful palces, beaches, coast are being destroyed with no plan, no project from government of al. I feel so sad when i see my country getting used with no mercy. I feel sad for the beautiful nature, which is getting used and destroyed without mercy. I feel sad couse after 5 or 10 years this palce will be dirty and destroyed couse all these big construction there will gona turn in a big garbage. The name Manastir is a Saint Name and like Saint Manastir alos this place, beach should be Saint to. But...

One of the most beautiful beaches in Ksamil for sure and Saranda for sure, in Albania I can say too, also in Europe and I may say in the word. Dont leave Ksamil without visiting this place. I dont understand some comments here and some people too, the place is like you are in other word. The entry is 30 eur per person. You must reserve a day before. You will find a quite place and peace of mind. Dont take my review or other reviews as a statement, come and see it for yourself and you will remeber me!
