Bogova Waterfall in Berat Parking — Attraction in Bashkia Skrapar

Not for the feint hearted. We travelled there today for a swim, however we came across a dog that had suffered extreme abuse from its owner who lives next to this waterfall, the poor boy had a 2inch wide, 1inch deep wound around its whole kneck (it looked like its head was about to fall off) from being shackled at an early age. We obviously called the vets and got him some treatment but were unable to remove him as he was very large, unkeen on the car and belonged to someone.
