I have been going to this water park once a year for 3 years. The first time it was good, second time it was okay, the third AND last time it was an absolute disaster. First of all, I was with my family of 4 and 5 including me. A single adult is charged 4000 dinar. My sister and cousin are both eleven and were charged as an adult according to a height rule. My aunt and mother did not even bring any swim wear but were also being charged 4000 per person. With this in mind, my mother paid for my sister, cousin, and I. However, the staff workers obligated my mom to sign a contract that stated that they were not responsible for anything that could happen to us. NORMALLY, this shouldn't be an issue, HOWEVER, if in the contract im not considered the legal age of and adult + my sister AND cousin, at least the eleven year old children shouldn't be charged as an adult. Next, when we entered there was not even one chair available for the 3 of us. We walk back and inform them of this and they pointed at the entrance which is 500 miles away from the actual pools and told us to go there. We kept insisting on a refund and they kept refusing. So we came up with a solution. We took two chairs for my mom and aunt to sit right next to the workers wayyyy far from the pool. Then my sister, cousin, and I went to get our moneys worth. Less than an hour later, not one, not two, not three, BUT FOUR workers came yelling at us to get out saying that they were looking for us everywhere. We were absolutely humiliated with the attention of anyone that was at a 100 meter radius of us. The way we were exported to the entrance you'd think we were being deported. Later I learnt that the workers told my mom and aunt they were not aloud to sit where they were. So as my aunt and mother were about to leave they went in to leave our clothes, towels, and shoes. A women went following them as if thwy were theifs. Again usally you'd think it would make sense, BUT THEY WERE IN EYE SIGHT BECAUSE OUR SEATS WERE QUITE LITERALLY 3 INCHES AWAY FROM THE ENTRANCE. My mom and aunt were on their last straw and a huge argument between staff and them broke out. One of the workers announced that we were all banned as if we were going to return in the first place. Out of petiness we did not even change, we literally changed at the entrance of the vicinity and left. Workers eyed us down, completely disrespectful, and much more. The waterpark itself over time became very unclean with egoistic people. Additionally to all of this, food and water is prohibited and their restaurants are overpriced. We were refunded 80% of what we paid but the experience we went through we deserved a full refund. I heavily suggest to anyone consider going here to never go because it is not...
