The best part is the light show inside the church, that you can watch if you purchase a ticket for the museum. It's very smartly arranged : it shows you how the various paintings of the church once looked like, before and after the renovation. In the museum, before you visit the church, they will show you the real paintings, and the technique they used to transfer them from the original walls of the church to the protected sanctuary of the museum. It takes all it's meaning during the light show, which is a projection onto the walls of the church. Must see. Beside, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would return...

An amazing museum experience that explained the entire history of the church and its murals, from the methods used to plaster and paint the pieces, to the international journey the artwork went through as they were shipped from museum to museum. For a museum focused on historical heritage, I really enjoyed how modern the experience felt. I really appreciated our amazing museum tour guide who spoke great English and knew so much about the history of the church and its treasures. The highlight was definitely the light show at the end, a really modern experience inside the church that I would have happily paid for...

The museum is small but interesting and includes an audio guide which translates everything into your language of choice. After the museum, you go into the church where they have a very good audio visual display which shows what the frescos would have looked like, the construction process, and the fading with time. Worth the entry fee and made for a nice stop in Andorra along our road trip!

Anyone visiting Andorra should visit Espai Columba to learn not only about the Romanesque art and the churches of Andorra, but also the tragic story of how so much Andorran art has been taken out of the country to now be in private collections or museums around the world. The guides are absolutely amazing and really add to the experience. A must for anyone
