Setting expectations is KEY! We arrived at 14:45 to have our first talk to a waiter at 15:30, ordered food and then the waiter came back that kitchen is closed and due to busy day they are out of stock! They proposed some olive oil and bread but again a 20 min wait.. waitress explained they were short of staff due to someone’s illness.. could happen but then you would think they get family or other people in. It is our third time at Tempus Alba and i can only say it was from 5 to 3 to now 0 stars if that would be possible. And putting messages like rate us, drink wine save water(do they not use lots of irrigation water!). They treat customers as stupid. A lack of customer respect not from the understaffed personal but from owners and management.

To the owner of Tempus Alba I saw your response - but cannot answer on it through Google.. what do you...

The self-guided tour of the facility is short and simple but informative about the approach Tempus Alba takes to their production process. There is a separate route to walk or cycle the vineyards, which is another short but pleasant way to experience their vineyard and...

There's a short self guided tour, it's a very nice bulding. For tasting you have 3 options of which only 1 makes sense. The cheapest at 350 probably no one takes since for 550 you can already taste one Gran Reserva wine. The most expensive makes the least sense at 2300 for 3 wines. One of them is the same Gran Reserva, which by simple math works out to about 300, so that would mean that the other two wines would have to be 1000 each for a tasting glass which I found somewhat hard to believe. I guess it's designed for people who just want to...
