My recent visit to Alpamanta was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I embarked on the journey, the experience was marred by inconvenience and lackluster hospitality. The remote location, coupled with treacherous roads, made the journey arduous. Upon arrival, I was left waiting at the entrance for a staggering 30 minutes without access to basic amenities such as restrooms or water, let alone a place to sit. The "tour" itself was a meandering affair, lasting 45 minutes as we aimlessly wandered through a little farm next to the entrance to talk about 2 cows and 3 goats, supposedly to illustrate biodynamic practices—a concept poorly explained at best. The subsequent trek to the main winery, a kilometer away under the scorching midday sun, was utterly grueling. Once inside the winery, any hope of respite was dashed as we were forced to remain standing throughout the entire two-hour ordeal. The wine explanations were cursory at best, leaving me none the wiser about their production methods or unique characteristics. As for the wine tasting, it was as unremarkable as the rest of the experience, with the wines themselves failing to leave a lasting impression. In conclusion, Alpamanata is a forgettable destination that fails to deliver on both service and quality. Save yourself the trouble and explore the myriad other options available for a truly enjoyable winery experience.

Alpamanta was one of our favorite wine experiences in Argentina. They produce high quality biodynamic wines. To make it even better. The tasting room is absolutely gorgeous. I wish we could buy their wines in the United States. If you have the opportunity definitely add this place to your wine tour. Can’t wait to come back and drink more pet Nat and snag a bottle of the vermouth when it is ready. Cheers!!

I visited several wineries in the US and Italy, and Alpamanta truly exceeded all of them. It was the most magical experience. The most beautiful property and the kindest and warmest people. Victoria and Clari are so passionate about their work and it shows in the taste of the wine. I loved their energy and I encourage everyone to go visit them. We will definitely be back! Mucho gracias Alpamanta!

Visited this winery as part of a small tour group. We were treated to a wonderful afternoon learning about the winery, its people and its philosophy. Vicki and Clari (? sorry if that's incorrect) were fantastic hosts, sharing with us their positive energy and teaching us how the positive energy flows from the ground through the grape and into the bottle. The tastings were unlike any other, focusing on how the wine triggers our senses. The property is somehow rustic and modern at the same time, situated in a beautiful spot with amazing views of the Andes. The people are committed to making a great wine without compromise. You can feel and taste the difference. I left this winery tour feeling amazingly...

An excellent visit! There's sometimes a risk that one vineyard tour can start to feel the same as the previous tour, and the tour before that. At Alpamanta that was never the case. Clarisa was a brilliant guide, and opened our eyes to their distinctive approach to organic winemaking, incorporating animals, wild flowers, grasses and the overall environment. We loved the wines - the Chardonnay, the Malbec, the Cabernet Sauvignon. An absolute must for a...
