Last Friday, we visited Zuccardi, a Tour, tasting and lunch. We have mixed feelings about this. The Tour was interesting and the guy explained the story well in Spanish and English. The tasting was good, but not, for us, the right price-quality ratio. Afterwards, we had a 9-course lunch. We were told this, but we ended up getting 7 courses. The timing of the courses was disproportionate. The first 3 courses, took a very long time. We had to wait very long each time. A total of 1.5 hours. The subsequent courses were suddenly served very quickly. Meanwhile, we were the last table, and people were cleaning up around us, putting chairs in piles etc. We didn't get the last 2 courses because they were about to close. They had bad timing themselves and as a result we missed 2 courses. They did charge the full price though. Additionally: -In my main course there was a hair. I showed this to the waiter. His reaction was strange: he said ok. And walked away, a few minutes later he came back and asked if I wanted another portion. I indicated at the beginning of lunch that I wanted the vegetarian lunch. By the third dish, I got meat. Fortunately, I noticed it myself right away. For me, this is not acceptable. As we were leaving, they offered us compensation. Which, of course, we appreciated. But we already had a bad feeling about the last part of the afternoon. So we look back with mixed feelings. Overall, the food was of very good quality, but the overall experience was not what we expect from a bodega like Zuccardi. All in all, we give the whole...

We recently went to Zuccardi for a wine tour (August 2025). The wine tour was very good and informative. The problem with this Winery is management. PLEASE take note…. We purchased 12 bottles of wine that was supposed to arrive in Tampa, Florida in 3 weeks. They used the service of a local carrier by the name Winex. I received an email within 1 week of purchasing the wines . The email stated that they would give us further information in the upcoming days . Needless to say , I have not received any subsequent email updates . I have contacted Zuccardi several times to try to resolve this issue. The issue hasn’t gone anywhere and there isn’t any visible traction to indicate a resolution is pending. The management at Zuccardi has been very non-responsive in this matter and they fail to answer any phone calls . The latest information received , indicated that Winex would be contacting me directly. This has not occurred at all !

I offered Zuccardi after the fact, to charge my credit card and ship my wines via FedEx ( very similar price ) and they denied my request.

It is my opinion that Zuccardi is responsible for the product and the shipping experience. They have failed miserably in trying to find an available and fair outcome to an American consumer. I urge my fellow wine connoisseurs to please very careful when purchasing anything from...

We did the Zuccardi “Places and Vineyards Tasting”. We booked an English language tour. We were told that there would be four people but it seemed like the other two didn’t show up so we were put into a Spanish tour with 10 other people at the last minute. This was disappointing because we couldn’t understand the groups questions and answers. The tour was similar to other Uco Valley tours except we briefly went into the vineyard to look at soil types. At the tasting, we waited again for the other two people but they did not show up. The tasting was supposed to show us differences between wine regions but it started with a sparkling Chardonnay which seemed unrelated to the other wines. The comparison of the Malbecs was interesting but then they had a random Cab Sauvignon. There were cheeses but no explanations were provided on what they were, where they came from or how to pair with the wines. Finally, when we went to buy our favorite wine in the tasting, they said it was a new wine and refused to sell it to us. This tour easily cost twice as much as the other wineries we visited but was no different and in many ways was worse. It seems like the wineries past success has lowered their dedication to excellence and providing their customers with a great experience. Certainly not worth the...

We always enjoy the smaller Bodegas but our experience with Zuccardi was exceptional. The facility is totally opposite to some of the older more traditional ones, if you enjoy architecture then the building alone is enough for us to urge you to go but I must admit the vinos are the real stars of the show. The staff was very helpful and pleasant....if you're anything like us and read countless reviews it's common when reading about most of the bigger bodagas and hear that what seems to be approximately 50% of those reviews talk about being treated poorly....this was NOT our experience with Zaccardi
