Finca Adelma vinos del alma — Attraction in Mendoza

Hands down the best and most fun we had in all of our Mendoza wine tastings. Shout out to Graciela who made the experience! As a former chef, she had interesting food pairings including freshly made empanadas, that really showed the different nature of the wines. She taught us about the wines themselves, the winery and owners, Argentine culture, some folklore and had us laughing, eating and drinking throughout.

It’s a bit unassuming when you drive up and doesn’t have the marketing dollars to be a big name but it’s a small, family owned vineyard with excellent wines and the best people....

Have you ever had a wine-gastronomic orgasm? Finca Adelma is the place to have multiple of them! Can't recommend enough! The atmosphere, the view of the Andes, the delicious wines, the best humita empanadas and the passion of Graciela and Elio for their job made me literally cry of joy!! Absolutely the best wine tasting experience in Mendoza, and we visited 6 bodegas! A sin to miss it if you visit Uco Valley! Many thanks guys, you made our palates dream and our heart...

As you pull into the bodega you are welcomed by the friendliest person, Elio. This is only the start of a beautiful experience. Your sommelier Graciela is a book of knowledge who will guide you throughout your entire stay. Empanadas are the best we've had in all our travels (and we've been to all of latin America), wine is unbelievable and perfectly complements the cheese platter.
