I spent a magical 4 days on the Estancia with AgustĆn and his extended family in February 2022. It was the best experience of my time in Argentina, and one of the best travelling experiences Iāve had. This is so much more than a place to stay - itās an immersive experience in the history, traditions, and modern life of an Estancia. The Estancia itself is beautiful - the bedrooms are large and full of family antiquities and you can also use the many shared spaces, including beautiful gardens and a swimming pool. The food is fantastic. I was travelling alone, and so each evening Agustin arranged for me to eat with different members of his extended family or friends. During the day, you have many options - to relax, go riding, bike riding, cooking classes, trips to the Andes or other places in the surrounding area. Ā Ā Ā Read moreA wonderful experience. Augustin and the staff gave us the warmest of welcomes, all so incredibly generous and friendly. We arrived late and was given a hearthy dinner on the beautiful veranda straight away. The colonial-style house with a massive tree in its center made us feel like we had gone back in time, and the huge garden with its fruit trees and pool provided precisely the calm we needed after more than a month of hectic travelling. During our stay, every meal was served in a different part of the neo colonial house, something we greatly appreciated.
A stay here is a must when visiting Salta. We really recommend taking a ride on the horses over the vast fields of tobacco and sugar crops...

The part of the ranch house where guests stay is filled with centuries-old artifacts, fireplaces, furniture, beamed ceilings, and artwork. The staff is friendly and kind, and the food is delicious. We loved having meals out on the grounds in different places for every meal. The horse-back riding, cooking lessons, barbecue, rides around the ranch, long walks, and other activities were fun and informative. We really enjoyed having Brenda see to every detail. Plan to...
