This place is probably what the part of the move "Inception" was inspired by because when you see this it's literally like reality has defied gravity and is shifting. You must absolutely hike to the finish, which means taking a good 10 minutes with a friend to climb up. Watch those that go before you and be safe. The sign that says "NO CLIMBING" and in smaller letters "with FLIP FLOPS." This is for a reason: there's some spots where you only have small ledges to climb up or down on. SPECIAL NOTE: We were told by a gentlemen that there is a cave on the right hand side (which we didn't see but we also didn't look further than where we landed). He said inside the cave looks cool but it's nothing crazy beautiful. Decide on your own if you want to see it.

‪Stunning rock formation that represents the unique natural characteristics of the region. If you drive in the Quebrada de las Conchas/, you definitely have to stop there. Don’t hesitate to walk further in the Garganta, even if a sign strongly advice to stop (but don’t wear high heels ;) ).‬ However, it’s rather small, so don’t expect to enjoy this natural architecture for a long time :) PS: another similar point of interest called the “Anfiteatro” is...

The garganta del diablo (devil's through) is a geological formation located about 40 kilometers from Cafayate, Salta. It a red colored canyon, which could be walked and offers a unique experience in a very importan place of Salta's mountains. The formation is placed in walking distance from a second formation called el Anfiteatro. Parking is to be found there. No public transport is available, therefore it is advisable to go by taxi or...

Absolutely breathtaking. The power of the water, the constant roar, and the mist rising from the abyss—it’s something you feel in your chest. Photos and videos don’t do it justice. The walkway leading to the Devil’s Throat builds anticipation, and once you’re there, it’s overwhelming in the best way. Prepare to get soaked (in the most magical way). Go early to avoid crowds
