Fue inaugurada en 1914. Fue edificada en honor al patrono de la ciudad, San Rafael. En su cúpula posee un reloj que se encuentra siempre en funcionamiento. Se halla en muy buen estado de conservación. Realmente muy cuidada. Si pasas por Rafaela es una visita obligada. No te arrepentirás.
