Great place to rest before the long drive to tatev. It's actually kind of underrated because the waterfall itself was beautiful and there were literally no people at the time of my visit. Honestly I'd give it a 4 because there should be railings for crossing the waterfall and for going down. If you believe that you have bad balance or are (no offense) overweight, do not take the risk of crossing the waterfall as it lacks railings that could cause hazards.
